（箱に損傷がなくても運送時の扱いが酷い場合、ちゃんと梱包していてもショックで壊れる場合は十分にあります）
不具合のある状態をもう一度ダメージレポートとして詳しく教えてください。

Then, I used cushioning material to pack, so we could think that it had an accident during shipping.
(Even you cannot see a damage at a box, in case that the handling is terrible, it will have possibilities to break adequately even if it is packed properly.)
Please send me a damage report about the defect situation in detail one more time.
