一週間後にもう一度、破損したカバーを持って、カバーを配達して頂いた郵便局に、ダメージレポートを提出して頂けませんか？
それでもダメージレポートが提出できなくて、日本の発送者が報告をする必要があると言われたら、その郵便局の名前と郵便局員の名前を教えて頂けませんか？
今回そのように、日本郵政公社からアドバイスを頂きました。
