英語があまりうまくないため、
御社が配送の手配をしていただかないと、
日本に送ることができません。
年末に注文してまだ商品がまだ届いていませんので、
とてもまずい状況です。
キングさんも私の配送の手伝いをしてくれません
なぜ御社は日本への直送サービスをしなくなってしまったのでしょうか？
毎回輸送の手続きに時間がかかり
沢山売れる商機を逃しいいます
なんとか日本に配送していただける
段取りをとっていただけませんか？

What should I do so that I'm able to send the products to the Japan office?
Due to the fact I'm not that great at English, if your company doesn't make the shipping arrangements for us then we can't send it to Japan.
We made the order at the end of last year and the products STILL have not arrived.
This is an untenable situation.
Mr. King also won't assist me with the shipping arrangements.
Do you know why your company stopped shipping directly to Japan?
It takes quite a bit of time to make the necessary transportation arrangements, and if this happens every time we're will lose many, many potential business opportunities.
Isn't there some way you can make the arrangements to send the products to Japan?
I appreciate your assistance with this urgent matter.

I'm not good at English that much, so unless you arrange delivery I cannot send it to Japan.
I placed an order at the end of last year and I still have not received it, this is a very difficult situation.
Mr. King does not help me with delivery, either.
Why did you stop sending directly to Japan?
It takes time for transportation every time, and we are missing opportunities to sell a lot.
Will you manage to arrange delivery to Japan?
