当方も高級なレンズなのでとってもガッカリしています。
商品はメーカーに送ってしまい現在手元にありません。
レンズ内部が割れている状態で
音がカラカラなっていました。
復旧は難しいようです。
本当にごめんなさい。

We sent the item to the manufacturer, and do not have it now.
The inside of the lens was broken,
and we heard clattering of the lens.
It seems to be difficult to repair it.

And I really appreciate your expectation for me to repair the camera.
I feel regret for this because it is expensive lens.
I already sent the one to the maker.
The inner parts were broken and I heard sound of clattering from the inside of the lens.
I am afraid to say that it is very difficult to repair it.
