I am very sorry to have caused the customers and Amazon huge inconvenience because of Order Defect Rate exceeding the standard of 1%. This time Order Defect Rate exceeded 1% because a lot of negative feedback were received. These negative feedback were caused since there was a mistake in price setting when uploading loader file causing huge discrepancies in pricing of all items, then I had to cancel these orders.
