私は短期間で商品配送の遅れ、違う商品が届いたとカスタマーから連絡を受けました。また過去にA社からポリシー違反の報告を受けました。
私はAmazon.co.uk上の販売者としてのパフォーマンスの基準を下回っていることを理解しました。
今後はこのようなことを二度と起こさないよう私の行動計画を記します。
Ⅰ．今回発生させた規約違反の内容：
欧州経済領域（EEA）内の販売承認がない、A社のプロダクトを私はアマゾンへ出品した。短期間で短期間で商品配送の遅れ、違う商品が届いたと連絡を受けた。
My customers reported in short period about delayed delivery and wrong item. Also in the past A reported policy violation.
I understand that I do not suffice performance standard as a seller at Amazon.co.uk.
In order not to repeat such things in the future, I am hereby writing my action plan.
1. Violation of regulation caused this time
I listed A's product to Amazon without sales approval in EEA. Customers reported delay in the delivery of item and wrong item in a short period of time.
Ⅱ．今回発生させた規約違反の原因：
私の対応の遅れが、配送遅延のクレームを引き起こしてしまった。
A社の商品を出品してはいけないということを私は知らなかった。
Ⅲ．同じ違反を起こさないための具体的な改善策：
配送や対応が遅れないように、現在私一人で行っている作業を、
他のスタッフを雇って迅速に正確に積極的に行うようにします。
出品する際に何度もチェックを行います。
私はA社の商品をアマゾンで取り扱いしません。
A社には謝罪のメールを入れました。
II. Causes of this violation
My delay in response caused complaint of delayed delivery.
I had not know I should not list A's product.
III. Concrete action plans not to repeat violation:
Currently I am doing all the works, but I will hire other staffs not to cause delay in delivery and response, and to proactively work on prompt and accurate arrangements.
I will check multiple times before listing.
I will not sell A's product in Amazon.
I have sent an email of apology to A.
Ⅳ．改善策を実施した場合の効果：
私達は迅速にお客様に対応をし、クレームを起こしません。
A社の商品は私の出品リストに、一つもありません。
そして今後、出品リストに載せることはないと誓います。
