発送先の住所を変更して欲しいという事だが、ebayとpyapalのポリシーでは登録した住所以外に商品は発送できない
登録した住所以外へ商品を発送した場合、ebayは私が商品を発送していないと判断する
（だから商品を発送しても私は返金の義務が生じてしまう
どうかポリシーを理解して欲しい
私は一旦、全額を返金する
商品が本当に必要な場合は登録住所を変更した後で再度落札をして欲しい
買い手は別の住所への発送を要求した
私は既に全額を返金したがebay手数料を返還される？

Though you asked me to send a different shipping address, due to eBay and PayPal's policies, I cannot send an item to an address which is other than the registered address.
If I send an item to a different address, eBay judges that I have not sent any item out (so even if I sent out an item, there would be an obligation for me to refund).
