今回の発送方法には残念ながら追跡番号は付いておりません。
商品を配達状況を確認する事ができません。
おそらくですが、配送途中に紛失したものと考えられます。
今回の件について、２案の提案をさせていただきたいと考えております。
1) 商品代金＋送料の全額を返金。
Amazonを通じて全額返金をさせていただきます。
2) 再度、商品を発送させていただきます。
週末のため、出荷は月曜日もしくは火曜日頃の出荷になります。
出荷完了から到着まで５日〜８日ほどお時間がかかると思われます。
Unfortunately, this shipping method does not come with a tracking number.
So we can not confirm the delivery status.
The item may have been missing during the delivery.
We would like to offer the following two option about the issue.
1) A full refund of the price of the item and the shipping cost.
We will issue a full refund via Amazon.
2) Re-delivery of the same item
As we are in the week-end, we will ship it out on Monday or Tuesday,
I think it takes about 5-8 days from the completion of the shipping until the arrival of the item.
