EG視点だとTCがES分のもIC-OEMにすることでONE-HPが加速でき、お客様に対しての一体感を持った体制作りができる。しかしながらEGとESが分かれていることで社内プロセスが煩雑。本来、お客様に更なるスピードを提供できると思うので、EAMへの成績の付け方も含めてOne-HPで提案できるよう営業体制を整備頂けないか。

Especially the key to proceeding the omni channel proposal is the cooperation between ES and EG. In the aspect of EG, by TC's adding ES to IC-OEM, ONE-HP is accelerated and it provides an organized structure for customers. However, the separation of EG and ES makes the inside process complicated. As we are able to provide more speedy service, we would be grateful if you could arrange for the sales structure for proposing it with One-HP including the evaluation method of EAM.
