Because if I wait for it by the time it returns, period that can change reputation will have passed.
Nevertheless I refunded at total amount, if my reputation keeps being negative, deal continuation will be difficult.
Can you accept this lazor in stead of it?

Deadline for the changing the rating will be gone by the time razor returns to Japan.
Please understand, it is very hard for me to continue the deal with negative rating even after refunded the money in full.
