１.３秒で５００個入りのザルから毎サイクル１個だけ取るのは困難
１つを簡単に取り出せれば落下は減る!!!

I succeeded in creating the atmosphere where people can freely say their opinion.
I learned how good it is to exchange opinions to solve problem.
I found the improvement though QC activity very rewarding.
My proposal was adopted and I felt rewarded.
It changed my view of the proposal for the improvement.
It opened up my view and made me easy to propose improvement plans.
It changed my opinion on the dropped parts.
It raised my awareness of the dropped parts.
Analysis during standard work sheet.
Looking at standard work sheet, it allocates 1.3 seconds for S/V.
It's hard to take out one item out of 500 on the tray.
The dropped parts will be reduced if we make it easier to take one out!!

That was wonderful experience for me to apply my idea for improvement activities.
Found the new angle of good improvement idea.
It became easier to find several idea by changed the view of thinking for improvement plan.
Change my thinking of Falling goods.
Change and improve my thinking for the fall goods.
