人間は誰でも豊かな能力の可能性を持ち、その能力を発揮させたい、更に向上させたいという欲求を持っており、適切な条件や環境で人間の能力は無限に向上していく可能性がある。
ＱＣサークル活動で、自己啓発･相互啓発を行う事や様々な問題・課題に取組むことにより能力が発揮でき、更に多面的に考え、対応することによって気づかないうちに潜在能力を顕在化させ、能力が向上していく。人間は人間性が尊重される職場で働きたいと願っている。

Basic Principle of QC Circle
To realize the infinite possibilities of human potentials
All human with no exception has rich potentials as well as the desire to realize and develop them. And given proper condition and environment, the possibilities of human potentials can infinitely develop.
QC Circle realizes human possibilities through self/interactive enlightenment and problem/assignment solving activities. Here one learns thinking and acting in a multilateral way, which actualizes your potentials before your knowing it, leading to improvement of yourself. Human being wants to work in a working place where humanity is given due respect.
