返金に関してですが前回お伝えした通り一度商品を開けた物に関しては規定通り商品代金の50%の返金となります
しかしあなたが間違って購入してしまった事を社内で検討した結果、50%ではあんまりだという事で、結果80%の返金をしようと考えています
我々は返品された商品を日本に戻し検品し再度中古として販売する必要があり全てにコストが掛かります

Regarding a refund, we will make 50% refund for opened products as we said before. However, considering that you selected a wrong item, we feel sorry to refund only half the price of the product. So we plan to make 80 refund for you.
We will need to send the returned item back to Japan and then conduct inspection. After that we will sell the item as an used item. It costs to do all these things.
