お客様は注文後、他のショップでより安く商品を見つけたので、
注文をキャンセルしてくれと連絡してきました。
しかし残念ながら、注文から日数が経過していたため、
その時すでに私達は商品を発送した後でした。
よってもし商品を返品したい場合は、
商品到着後にまた連絡を下さいとお伝えしています。

This product is still on passage.
Application of return hasn't officially been processed yet.
The customer found the same item at the cheaper price at a different shop after he/she ordered it so he/she contacted me to cancel.
Unfortunately, because it had already been a few days after the order I had already sent the item off then.
Therefore, I told him/her to contact me after he/she received the item if he/she wishes to return.
We've been communicating as follows.
