How to prime a diesel pump without a priming bulb nor automatic bleeding
For bleeding the air in the circuit, inject diesel in the circuit upstream of the pump, either in the bleed screw, or in the fuel filter inlet
Remove the bleed screw
Vacuum clean diesel in a syringe
Inject the diesel
Repeat the process till the fuel fills the fuel filter (at least 5 syringes of 20 ml)
To facilitate the air bleeding, it is recommended to fill new fuel in the fuel filter housing when replacing the fuel filter
Tighten the bleed screw
Run at full throttle and start the engine
If the engine stalls, wait for 5 to 7 seconds before restarting
Restart
Wait for 5 to 7 seconds
Check for leaks on the air bleed screw and the water bleed screw
Wie kann man eine Dieselpumpe ansaugen, ohne eine Ansaugpumpe, oder eine automatischen Entlüftung zu verwenden.
Um Luft im Kreislauf zu entlüften, füllen Sie Diesel in den stromaufwärts Kreislauf der Pumpe, entweder in die Entlüftungsschraube oder in den Kraftstofffiltereinlass.
Entfernen Sie die Entlüftungsschraube.
Saugen Sie reinen Diesel in eine Spritze.
Füllen Sie den Diesel ein.
Wiederholen Sie den Vorgang, bis der Brennstofffilter mit Kraftstoff angefüllt ist. (mindestens 5 Spritzen mit je 20 ml).
Wenn Sie einen neuen Kraftstoffilter einsetzen wollen, ist es ratsam, neuen Kraftstoff in das Kraftstofffiltergehäuse zu füllen, um die Entlüftung zu erleichtern.
Ziehen Sie die Entlüftungsschraube fest.
Starten Sie den Motor mit Vollgas.
Wenn der Motor stoppt, warten Sie 5 bis 7 Sekunden, bevor Sie wieder starten.
Starten Sie noch einmal.
Warten Sie 5 bis 7 Sekunden.
Untersuchen Sie, ob es undichte Stellen an der Entlüftungsschraube oder an der Wasserentlüftungsschraube gibt.
