Thank you for your message. Another buyer reported to us that this product was being held by US Customs and it has not been delivered. As we do not know the cause and it takes time to investigate, so we issued all the buyers a refund. Have you received the item? If no, we offer you our apology. Even if you have received it, you don’t have to return the money.

I obtained the information from other buyer that the product was stopped at the United States of customs and the product has still not arrived.
原因がわからず、調査にお時間がかかるので、先に購入されたバイヤーの方全員に返金いたしました。
Since the cause of the accident was still unknown and the investigation seemed to take more time, I refunded to other buyers who purchased earlier.
商品はお手元に届きましたでしょうか?届いていなかったとしたら、大変申し訳ありません。もし、届いていても、返金の必要はありません。
