12月9日、IME2014の特別講演講師として登壇した前野伸幸氏（（株）ホットスケープ代表取締役／MPIジャパンチャプター理事 イベント委員長）は、「失敗しない社内行事の企画・運営のノウハウ～もしあなたが社内行事の担当者になったら～」をテーマに、１時間にわたって講演を行なった。
第一にやるべきこととして、前野氏が挙げたのは「企業にとって最大の効果を出すこと」。実際の打合せの際にも、はじめに「何をもって成功とするのか」、成功の定義を共有することからスタートさせると解説した。
On December 9th, Mr. Nobuyuki Maeno who talked as a special speaker of IME2014 (President of Hot Scape/ Director of MPI Japan Chapter/Committee Chairman of Event) made a speech whose title is "Know-how of planning and management of the events in the company that we do not fail~What will you do if you become a person in charge of the events in the company~" for 1 hour.
What he insisted as top priority is that "the companies produce the maximum result." In the meeting before making a speech, he explained that he was going to start by sharing the definition of the success, "What is a success for you?".
