上記問題を改善するために以下を計画してます。
・プライス管理システムの見直し。
→現状問題のあるプログラムは発見されており、修正をしている段階です。
・上記エラーが改善され、現状の在庫分の価格の見直しがされるまで、新規商品の登録につきましてはすべてストップ致します。
・新規にCSVファイルのアップロードを行う際に、実際にアップロードされたデータと該当商品の規定価格に齟齬がないかどうかのエラーチェックのルーチン化。
→今後総合的なデータ管理をする専任の人員を雇用し効率化を図る予定です。
We are planing the following procedure in order to resolve the problems mentioned above.
･Review of Price Administration System.
→some glitches have been already detected in some programs, and is now revising them.
･Until errors mentioned have been solved and the prices of our current stocks have been reviewed, we halt registration of new items.
･Routinizing of error-detecting procedure for mismatch between dates uploaded and the prices of their corresponding items at the time of uploading new CSV files.
→We are planning to employ a right person in charge of this over-all data administration in order to achieve further efficiency.
