非常に高額な本なので追跡番号、補償のある発送をお願いする
(補償がない発送で本が紛失してしまったら私は返金ができなくなる)
私は日本の商品を売っているだけで砥石を使用した事がないし、専門家ではないので分かりません

As I mentioned in the previous e-mail, I returned the Henkotsu's razor on October 29, which you originally bid.
The razor will be delivered to you in a few days.
You don't need the razor any more? If you need it, I will send you the invoice for £30.99.
If you don't need it, please return it to me when you have a time. (I will pay for the shipping fee.)
I will refund as soon as I confirm the book.
As it is very expensive, I would like you to ship it with a trucking number and insurance.
(I won't be able to refund it if the book gets lost and it doesn't have insurance.)
As I am only selling Japanese products, I never used a grinding stone and don't know about it as I am not a specialist.
