お世話になっております。先ほどPAYPALで再度手続きしたのですが、やはり決済手続きができませんでした。PAYPALに問い合わせしたのですが、「現在、ウクライナの PayPalアカウントは支払いの実行のみ可能で、資金を受け取ることはできません」との回答でした。PAYPAL以外では支払いはしたくありません。また、すぐ商品を欲しかったので、落札させていただきましたが、何度やっても手続き不可なのでキャンセルをお願い致します。お手数ですが、よろしくお願い致します。
Thank you for your help. I just tried to proceed again at PayPal, but I couldn't make a payment. I contacted PayPal and they said, "PayPal accounts in Ukraine can do only the payment, but they can't receive money for now." I don't want to pay by except for PayPal. As I wanted the item instantly, I won it. However, I couldn't make a payment no matter how many times I tried. Therefore, I would like to cancel it. Would you kindly accept my offer? Thank you.
