"A restocking fee is a percentage of the item's price depending on the type of item and condition in which it is returned. If you wish, you may charge a restocking fee up to the following amounts:
Up to 20% of item's price - Unopened media items or non-media items in their original condition that are returned more than 30 days after delivery
Up to 50% of item's price - Items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or are missing parts for reasons other than the seller’s error
Up to 50% of item's price:
Books with obvious signs of use
CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records that have been opened (taken out of the plastic wrap)"

Le spese di reso sono calcolate in percentuale sul prezzo dell’articolo e dipendono dal tipo di articolo e dalle condizioni in cui esso viene reso. E’ possibile addebitare i seguenti importi:
- fino al 20% del prezzo per articoli resi nelle condizioni originali e in confezione intatta, restituiti oltre trenta giorni dalla consegna
