今日eBayのアドバイス通り、PayPalの問題解決センターで異議を提出しました。その後すぐにPayPalに電話し、配送中の事故だと伝えたところ、eBayのGlobal Shipping Programでの配送なので、PayPalですべて処理してくれると言われ安心しました。お互いに問題なく解決できそうです。
As it was advised by ebay, I submitted the objection to the Paypal problem solve center. Right after that, I called to Paypal and told that it was the problem on the way to delivery, then I was told that Paypal will take care of this problem since it was the problem of delivery by Global Shipping Program by eBay and I'm relieved to hear that. I think we can solve this problem smoothy.
