私は、新品の商品を購入しましたが、
箱がかなりダメージを受けています。
輸送による、少々の箱のダメージであれば気になりませんが、
箱の内部にも大きなダメージがあり、なぜなのか気になっています。
私は、贈り物にするつもりで購入しましたが、
これでは、困ります。
箱を、私の日本の住所に送ってもらえますでしょうか？

I purchased new products but the box was seriously damaged.
I don't mind minor damage in transit.But there was serious damage inside the box either and I wonder why it was like that.
I purchased this as a gift. So the damaged box is a big trouble to me.
Would you send a new box to my address in Japan?
