私は、新品の商品を購入しましたが、
箱がかなりダメージを受けています。
輸送による、多少の箱のダメージであれば気になりませんが、
箱の内部にも大きなダメージがあり、なぜなのか気になっています。
私は、贈り物にするつもりで購入しましたが、
これでは、困ります。
箱を、私の日本の住所に送ってもらえますでしょうか？

I could care less if these damages are done during the transportation but there's a serious damage inside the box too. I wonder why.
I purchased this product for a gift and it is not acceptable.
