フランス見本市協会は5月20日、フランス大使公邸で「食におけるトレンドとイノベーションが交錯するフランスの見本市」と題して、記者会見シンポジウムを実施した。
冒頭の挨拶でクリスチャン・マセ駐日フランス大使は、「フランスは美食の価値観や質の高い食材など日本と価値観を共有できる国であり、また世界有数の農業国。パリ周辺部は国際展示会や国際会議が多数開かれており、みなさまのビジネスチャンスにつながる場を提供する」と語った。
