A. 対象地を契約から除外した上で（所有地を分割することを意味します）、COにおける活動を認める。
B. 対象地を契約から除外した上で、COの活動終了後に当社に所有権を移転させる。

B. Upon removing the subjected lot from contract, let them transfer the ownership to our company after completing the activities of CO.
