Sleep Mode
Sleep mode is a power-saving state. All actions on the computer are stopped open documents and applications are put in memory. You can quickly resume full-power in a few seconds.
The Sleep mode is useful if you want to stop working for a short period of time. The computer doesn’t use much power in Sleep mode.
Hibernate
The Hibernate mode saves your open documents and running applications to your hard disk and shuts down the computer, so when your computer is in Hibernate mode, it uses zero power. Once the computer is powered back on, it will resume everything where you left off.
Use this mode if you won’t be using the laptop for an extended period of time, and you don’t want to close your documents.
睡眠模式
睡眠模式是一個省電的狀態。電腦原本在跑的文件及應用程式都被暫時儲存起來,
在幾秒內你能迅速地重啟繼續原本的工作。
如果你只是要短暫離開手邊的工作,睡眠模式很有用。電腦在睡眠模式時不會消耗太多電力。
休眠模式
休眠模式時會儲存你原本在進行的文件和程式至硬碟並且關機,所以當你的電腦在休眠模式時,不會用到電。
一但恢復電力,也就能繼續你原本的作業。
當你有很長一段時間不會用到筆電而且不想把正在進行的文件關掉,便可使用這個模式。
