ネガティブフィードバック、A-to-Zクレームの撲滅を目指すため改善販売計画を提出します。今後は継続してOrder Defect Rateの1％以下のキープを全力で目指します。

Request for reinstatement of selling rights
I have confirmed some problem points.
I will submit a sales improvement plan to eliminate negative feedback and A-to-Z claims. I will aim and do my best to keep the Order Defect Rate below 1%.
I will be doing my best in raising the customer's satisfaction level more than ever.

①バイヤーへ商品が届かない。
改善策
今まで通り追跡番号をつけて定期的に配達状況を確認します。
不在で配送業者で保留中の商品についてはバイヤーへ通知して配達完了を目指します。
国際配送では予期せぬ事故、トラブル、商品紛失が発生します。
その際は早急に追跡番号から配達状況を確認し、バイヤーへ状況報告致します。
仮に商品が紛失した場合、行方不明になった場合は以下の2点からバイヤーへ選択してもらって対応します。
ⅰ 全額返金
ⅱ 新しい商品を出荷（送料は無料で対応）
●Problem points and improvement plan details
1. Product does not arrive to the buyer.
Improvement action :
We will continue to deliver with a tracking number as usual and regularly confirm the delivery status.
With regards to products that are kept by the delivery company due to the non availability of the buyer, we are aiming to inform the buyer and complete the delivery.
Occurrence of unexpected accidents, troubles and product loss for international delivery.
We will urgently confirm the delivery status from the tracking number in that case and report the status to the buyer.
If the product got lost temporarily or has gone missing, we will let the buyer choose from the following 2 options.
1. Full refund
2. Shipping out a new product (Free shipping)

ＳＡＬ便の配達方法を停止します。
今後は航空便のみでの配送を実施いたします。
③Packages with tracking infoの低下について
今後はすべての発送商品について追跡番号の入力をして、バイヤーの信頼、安心を積み上げていきます。
② Delay in goods delivery
