On January 02, 2007 the members of the Board of trustees decided to change the name of the school from Endonela Foundation Technical Training Center Inc. to Endonela Institute of Technology Foundation Inc., and also passed a resolution to put up a branch school at Tagum City and other cities in the Philippines and will offer Technical/Vocational program and were approved by SEC on March 22, 2007.
2007年1月1日、評議会は学校名を財団法人エンドネラテクニカルトレーニングセンターから財団法人エンドネラ理工専門学校に変更することを決めた。また、タグム市及びフィリピンのその他の都市に分校を建設することも決議された。同校は技術的・職業的プログラムを提供することになり、2007年3月22日にSEC（証券取引委員会）によって承認された。
