Hello, i am not at home for few weeks but my mother called me that arrived some package from Japan, so it is possible that it is from you. So if you could wait with your refund, or if you allready refunded money back please send me number of your account where i can send the money for my purchase or write me again how should i solve this problem in the best way for both of us.

I checked the ParcelForce website and searched for my product using the tracking number you provided but it could not be found. You mentioned you would give me a full refund if I did not receive the goods. Therefore I would like a full refund, unfortunately. Thanks for your help anyway.

I am still having problems with my order. I have contacted both parcelforce.com and royal mail and they all informed that the tracking number is wrong. I do not understand why the bank has taken the money but I have not received my purchase yet.
Please give this matter your immediate attention. Could you please check if the tracking number that you have given me is the correct one?
In case there has been a mistake please refund me or re-send the order without extra payment. How can I contact amazon to sort this out?

注文品が届くのを今も待っております。parcelforce.comとロイヤルメールに問い合わせしましたが、いずれもその追跡番号は間違っていると言われました。なぜ銀行から私のお金がなくなったのか分かりませんが、まだ品物を受け取っていません。
この件に至急ご対応お願いします。ご提供いただいた追跡番号が正しいものか確認していただけますか?
手違いがあった場合には返金していただくか、追加料金なしで注文品を再送してください。この問題を解決するためにamazonにどう連絡すればよいでしょうか?

thanks for being so kind I just wanted to let you know that I with drew the claim sorry for the wait I am sorry I caused trouble I over reacted and for that I am sorry my dog recently passed away due to a heart attack he died right in front of me on my living room couch I guess I am still in shock over it ironically enough the item did come in though I am not sure if I should send it back or not due to the refund I am very sorry for everything I feel awful please forgive me I promise it won't happen again.

とても親切にして頂いてありがとうございます。クレームを取り下げましたのでお知らせします。過剰に反応してしまい、すみませんでした。飼っていた犬が私の見ている前でリビングルームのソファで死んでしまい、いまだにショックから抜け切れていないのかもしれません。皮肉なことに品物は届きました。返金のこともあり、品物を送り返すべきかどうか分かりません。今までのこと、本当にすみませんでした。このようなことはもうしませんのでどうかお許しください。
