USPSのホームページを確認しました。
このような詳細がありました。
再配達の通知書がない場合はUSPSに電話して配達の依頼が出来る様です。
一度連絡してください。
私の方でUSPSの電話番号を確認してみました。たぶんこの番号だと思います。
15日経っても受け取れない場合は私に返却されるので早めに電話して下さいね。
何度も連絡をくれてありがとう。

I checked the USPS homepage.
I found the details as follows.
If you do not have a redelivery notice, you can request for delivery by phone.
Please contact them.
I have found out the USPS phone number. I think this is the correct one.
If you cannot get it within 15 days they will return it back to me so please call them as soon as possible.

“If you don’t have a memo telling about the delivery attempt, please arrange the redelivery by calling the USPS.”, so please try to call the number “800-ASK-USPS”.
I have confirmed the number of USPS, and I think this is the one to call.
If you do not pick up the package within 15 days, it will be returned to the sender, so please contact with them at soonest time.
