これは商品に対してのクレームです。
商品の説明に商品内容の記載はありました。
それにも関わらずクレームをうけることは残念です。
クレームの撤回を求めます
セラーとは争うつもりはないので全額の返金手続きの
対応を致しました。
私にとっては大きな損失です。
せめて、クレームの撤回をお願い致します。

The details of the product has been disclosed as product information from the first. (Polite way of saying: Fist of all, I'm truly sorry that the product was different from what you had thought. However, the details of the product has been disclosed as product information from the first.)
Given the fact, it is very disappointing to receive your claim.
So, could you please take your claim back?
I didn't want to fight against the seller of the product, so I paid all your money back to you. Considering that, I've already made a big loss and I would appreciate if you could at least take your claim back. (I understand that you are upset, but I hope you will understand my situation, as well.)

誠意を込めた対応をしたつもりが、クレームを受けてしまったお怒りはお察し致します。ただ、相手の方がクレームを申請したということは、相手の方もお怒りではないかと思ったので、少し丁寧な表現に文章を変更させて頂きました。
上から二行目は括弧の中のものに変更を、最後から二行目には括弧の中のものを加えるようにして頂くと、相手も方も申し訳なく思ってクレームを撤回してくれるのではないかと思います。宜しくお願い致します。
ちなみに、二行目を変更する場合は、Polite way of saying : というところは消して下さいね(^^)/
