Salve, la prego di accettare le nostre più sentite scuse per questo inconveniente causato dalla mancanza di spiegazioni adeguate riguardo al prodotto da parte nostra. Abbiamo provveduto a rimborsarLe la somma totale del Suo pagamento, quindi la prego di verificare la ricezione. D'ora in poi cerchieremo di essere più precisi e faremo del nostro meglio per evitare che ci ricapiti lo stesso errore. Sperando di avere altre occasioni per esserLe utili, Le auguro buona giornata.
P.S. : Si è già provveduto il rimborso della somma totale del Suo pagamento. Vorrei una richieta da farLe. Sarebbe così gentile da rimouvere il reclamo da Lei lasciato su B? Gliene sarei molto grato. Cordiali saluti.
