一つ目の荷物にも二つ目の荷物にもBracketsは入っていませんでした。
梱包が、かなりいい加減で大きく穴があいて破れていましたので、その穴から落ちてしまった可能性が高いと思います。
DHLにも探してもらっていますが、まだ見つかりません。
Bracketsが無ければ、バンパーも使い物にならないので、
もしBracketsが見つからないようなら商品代金と米国内送料と日本への送料を弁償してください。
