一つ目の荷物にバンパーのみが入っていましたが、梱包がかなり破れていました。
一つ目の荷物にも二つ目の荷物にもBracketsは入っていませんでした。
梱包が、かなりいい加減で大きく穴があいて破れていましたので、その穴から落ちてしまった可能性が高いと思います。
DHLにも探してもらっていますが、まだ見つかりません。
Bracketsが無ければ、バンパーも使い物にならないので、
もしBracketsが見つからないようなら商品代金と米国内送料と日本への送料を弁償してください。
The first package included a bumper alone, and the package was badly torn.
Neither the first package nor the second one included brackets.
The packages appear very sloppy and have large torn holes, from where the brackets most likely to have fallen away.
I have asked DHL to look for the missing brackets but have not heard a good news yet.
Without the brackets the bumpers are no use.
If the brackets are not found, I will request you a refund for the purchase price and the shipping charges for U.S. domestic as well as to Japan.
