返送先住所のご記入内容に誤りがあったようで確認まで時間が掛かりましたが本日返品商品の受取が確認出来ました
先ほど商品代金の50％にあたる47.50ドルを返金致しました
残り50％に関してはお客様によって商品を組み立て、ペイントなどしたため、こちらから発送した時と商品の状態が変わっておりますので返品手数料として頂いております
追跡番号AとBの荷物について
これは私が販売した商品の返品分として受け取ったものですので価格は０です
発送の手続きをどの様にすれば良いか手順を教えて下さい
It seems that the information you filled in for the shipping address was incorrect, confirming this took some time, however, today we have confirmed the return of the item, and I have returned $47.50 to you, 50% of the price.
The remaining 50% will be kept as the item was not returned in the condition it was sent, it had been assembled, painted etc..
Regarding the tracking numbers for packages A and B
The price is 0 because this is what was received as a partial return of the product that I have sold.
