メーカーに問い合わせたところ英語に対応しているようです。ただ英語に切り替えるまでの操作は日本語となります。NTSCについてはメーカーでも分からないとの返答でした。しかし日本もNTSC方式ですしebayでも日本人セラーが同一商品を販売しているので問題ないと思います。商品の写真ですが私が実物を撮影して出品ページに載せてありますのでそちらをご確認下さい。特に目立つ傷も無く綺麗です。他にも疑問があればお気軽にお問い合わせ下さい。ご納得頂ければご入金をお願い致します。

As I contacted the manufacturer, I was told that it’s available in English. However, until you switch it to English, the operation is done in Japanese. As for NTSC, the manufacturer didn’t know about it. But NTSC is used in Japan and a Japanese seller is selling the same product, so there shouldn’t be any problem. For NTSC, they told me that they have no idea about it.
However, I think it is not an issue because it is NTSC in Japan and the other Japanese sellers on eBay are listing same items.
For images of item, we took pictures of actual item and have listed to the item page, so please confirm them.
It has no noticeable visible scratches. If you have any other inquiries, please feel free to contact me. Please make the payment if you would be satisfied.
