電車で移動していたとき、私は携帯電話で連絡をしていた。誰かに電話で話してはいけないと言われた。武蔵野線の車内には電光掲示板の情報が不足している。なぜ電話を使ってはダメなのか人に聞くと、電話を使うと他人の迷惑になると言われた。英語を話せる人がはっきり教えてくれた。
