I have sent several requests for the seller to advise me on the minimum requirements they have for return packing and shipping. I do not want them to have the excuse that I did not send the item back or that it was damaged when returned. If they look at their own pictures you can easily see that the camera was not as described. I trusted the sellers word and did not look at the pictures closely as a result. THis is my final request. Return postage from Canada to Japan is prohibitively expensive. I would prefer to adjust the price they charged me.

販売者に、返品する際の梱包や送り方で注意することがないかと何度か問い合わせました。私が返品しなかったとか、送り返したものがついたら壊れていた、などという言い訳をさせたくないので。販売者が自分たちのところの写真を見れば、このカメラが説明とは違っていたものであることは容易にわかるはずです。私は販売者を信用していたので、結果的に写真をよく見ていなかったのです。これが最後の要求です。カナダから日本への返送料はとんでもなく高いので、請求金額を調整していただいたほうがいいです。
