Both the request for payment and the receipt confirm the total figure I had to pay was £25.35.
As previously stated, I must have paid this amount to have received the parcel. Please action a refund forthwith.

支払請求書と領収書の両方から、私が支払わなければならなかった金額は25.35ポンドであることがわかります。
