I have received a request from Parcel Force to pay £25.95 Import VAT annd custom clearance fee before the parcel will be deliverd to me.
Why am I paying this?
You should either state this as part of the delivery cost or add to the unit price if you expect the purchaser to pay it
As i had no visibilty of this cost I expect you to refund me £25.95.
