グリプス戦役で傷ついたエゥーゴの戦艦アーガマは、修理と補給のためサイド1のシャングリラに寄港した。そこでジャンク屋稼業をしている主人公ジュドー・アーシタとその仲間たちは、前大戦で活躍した英雄機Ζガンダムを奪って一儲けしようと企んだことから、アーガマと関わり合いをもち、エゥーゴの一員としてネオ・ジオンと戦うことになる。

Damaged in the Gryps campaign, Eugo's flagship Argama stops in Side 1 Shangrila for repairs and resupplying. There, protagonist Judau Ashta, working in the junkyard, and his comrades steal the famous machine from the war, Z Gundam and plot to make money with it. Since then, his fate becomes linked to Argama. He becomes a member of Eugo and battes Neo Zeon.
