反省点を確認して今後の改善策について以下の行動をとります。

関税についての不満が多いです。
関税については連絡を頂いてからすぐに関税分を全額返金して
対応していますが問題は事前に関税がかかった場合は『全額関税が返金される』ということが明記されていないことです。今後は商品発送時にメールで関税の対応についてメールして、お客の満足度を上げていきます。

I will take the following action for the betterment plan, confirming the reflection points.

Many buyers are unsatisfied with custom duty.
As for the custom duty, I refund the money equivalent to whole tax as soon as I get noticed, but the problem is that there is no statement like “all of the custom duty is reimbursed” when the custom duty was imposed to the items in advance. I will email to the buyer about the deal with custom duty when shipping, which leads to improve the buyers’ satisfaction in the future.
