When we talked over the phone, you told me that products from J-Design already required the EIN in NOVEMBER and that you had sent me a mail containing the word cleary. You also told me that was why my additional storage fee could not be cancelled.
However, you said in your latest answer that you sent me a mail regarding EIN in DECEMBER. Moreover, you mentioned it was about Broadway Powersports, another supplier of mine, but not about J-Design.

You did not tell me in NOVEMBER that the EIN is required for J-Design. As I told you in my previous mail, I did not know the necessity of EIN for J-Design until December 31. And I knew it from Corey Bonasorte, Trade Compliance Manager.
I did not receive any mail from you regarding the EIN for J-Design before that.

The mail from Corey informed me for the first time that the EIN is necessary to forward products supplied by J-Design. Consequently, it was not until January that I asked J-Design for the EIN, full 2 months after I received products from them.
If I had known an EIN was required, I would not have ordered from J-Design.
How could you let 2 months pass by without noticing me about EIN?

Unfortunately, though, J-Design doesn't seem to be cooperative very much.
My colleagues have received privilege of cancelled additional storage fees. I demand the same privilige for me. It is just obvious that you failed to inform me of the EIN for J-Design.
