１．I am sure that I did prepare the necessary invoice and handed it with the package to the post office.
It is not my resposibility if the package is held at the customs due to the invoice peeling away from the package. There has been nothing I could do to prevent all this from happening.
Therefore, I do not accept this feedback. Please would you remove this feedback?
2. This non-delivery falls solely to the delivery company's responsibility, but not mine.
I did what I could do, that is, I immediately gave you a full refund.
