I never received my orderin which I paid the additional fee to have my package shipped to me with-in 1-2 days. When I contacted the seller, they were unable to help me. They stated that they sent the package via UPS to New York and that somehow they have no further information. I am extremely disappointed that not only did I order a package on December 5th and paid extra to get in set by a certain date, but now it is December 19 and I still do not have the package and the seller is unwilling to help me. I would like my money refunded to me since I have not received what I ordered.
私は注文に際して1～2日で荷物を届けてもらうために追加の送料を支払いましたが、まだ届いていません。売り手にコンタクトを取ったところ、助力できないとのことでした。彼らは、荷物はUPSでニューヨークに送ったが、どういうわけか、それ以上のことを知らない、と言っています。私はとても落胆しています、なぜなら12月5日に注文した荷物に特定の日付に届くよう追加の費用を支払わねばならなかったのみならず、現在は12月19日で私はまだ荷物を受け取っておらず、売り手は私を助けることに乗り気ではないからです。私が注文した荷物は届いていません、従って返金をお願いします。
