赤とピンクを合わせた花束（10本）でしたら、手配できます。
（白いバラは、まだ成長していない為手配ができません。誠に申し訳ございません）
赤とピンクの花束をご注文頂いた場合、申し訳ございませんが来週配送になります。
バラ農園に注文して、当店に納品されるまで２日程、配送に２日程かかるためです。

I am sorry that I cause you troubles due to the shipment.
The roses haven't grown enough due to the cold weather, so I'm afraid to say that I can not arrange 50 roses.
A bouquet composed of 10 roses mixed with red and pink ones is possible to arrange.
(I am so sorry that I can not arrange white roses as they haven't grown yet.)
If you order a bouquet of red and pink roses, it will be shipped next week.
This is because it takes 2 days to deliver from rose farm after ordering and another 2 days to ship.
