確認した所、B社の担当者が通関と揉めて通関担当が怒ってしまい日数がかかっているようです。

I found out that the person in charge at B had a trouble with the customs, and the person in charge of the custom clearance got upset and that's why it's taking extra days.
If you canot create the documents, I'll return the item once so please change the forwarding company from B to xx and resend it.
If xx cannot send it, i'm afraid to ask you this but please make refund.
If I use B, it takes time till I receive it, and the item of A I bought from other company in US was sent by xx and already received.

I forgot writing this.
Please request A company for creating this document.
It may take a great number of days because B company's staff made custom staff angry.
If you can't creat the document,I will send products once,so I want you to resend by changing transport company from B to xx.
If you can't send by xx,please refund me.
Using B company will take a many time for receiving product,and by xx transporting I received already A company's products that I purchased from another company in US.

Please ask A for drawing the document I mentioned.
It is confirmed that there was an argument between the person who's in charge of B and a customs broker who got offended by him. His anger makes the process slow.

If you can not draw up the document, we will send the product back to you. In that case, please change the transportation company B to xx and have them reshipping to us.
