アメリカの転送会社を使って、ジャケットを受け取りました。
この商品をプレゼントとして友人に渡すつもりで購入したのですが、
ジャケットのタグや裏地に赤ペンで×マークが書かれています。
私は、納得出来ませんし、この商品を友人に渡す事は出来ません。
商品説明に不具合内容が記載されていませんので、返品対応か40％の割引をして下さい。
返品の場合、日本からアメリカまでの送料は＄17になります。
連絡が無い場合、私はpaypalに相談しますので宜しくお願いします。

I have received a jacket by way of an American forwarding company.
I bought this item with intention to give it to my friend as a gift, but the jacket tag and the lining had an indication of "x" mark in red ink.
I cannot accept this and give it to my friend as a gift.
Your item description has not mentioned this defect, so I would like to request a refund or 40% discount.
If I return this item, shipping fee to the U.S. costs $17.
If I cannot receive your reply, I would contact paypal about this matter.
