そのうちの4個が「903+」ではなく「903/R」でした。
注文番号☓☓でも7個のうちの4個が「903+」ではなく「903/R」でした。
しかもどちらも「Retail Packaging」ではなく、白い紙の箱です。
私は一旦、転送会社を経由して日本で商品を受け取っています。
どのように対応していただけますか?
I ordered 10 pieces of "Plantronics BackBeat 903+ Headset - Retail Packaging" under the order number 〇〇, but four of them were of "903/R" not of "903+".
Also under the order number XX, four of seven were of "903/R" not of "903+".
However, both were contained in white paper boxes, not in "retail packaging".
I have once received the items by way of a forwarding company.
Could you kindly reply how you could take action to this situation?
